Where the hardest questions in space governance get asked correctly.
NEXUS SCG organizes and hosts closed, high-signal forums bringing together engineers, policymakers, operators, legal scholars, and institutional representatives to work through the governance challenges that no single sector can solve alone. Each convening is structured around a specific problem and ends with a published framework others can use.
WHAT WE RUN
Governance Forums
Invite-only, multi-day gatherings focused on a single governance challenge — debris coordination, AI decision authority in orbit, spectrum allocation, liability frameworks for autonomous systems.
Scenario Workshops
Structured simulation sessions where participants stress-test proposed governance frameworks against realistic failure scenarios.
Expert Roundtables
Smaller, working-group sessions convened to produce a specific output — a technical briefing, a risk map, or a decision framework for institutional use.
WHO PARTICIPATES
Participants are drawn from government agencies, space operators, academic institutions, standards bodies, and strategic advisory firms. Participation is by invitation or institutional nomination.
INSTITUTIONAL ENGAGEMENT
Organizations seeking to participate in or sponsor a NEXUS SCG convening, or to commission a private scenario analysis session, may contact us atkayenn@nexusscg.org
All NEXUS SCG convenings are non-binding and independent. Outputs are published as frameworks for broader use and do not represent the position of any participating organization.
